Calling All Super Readers!

Of all the shows on TV for kids, I am pretty fond of PBS's "Super Why."  It emphasizes reading and teaches kids to spell and sound out words!

My niece and nephew are having a "Super Why" themed birthday party so I made some Wyatt cookies to give out as favors.

 Everyone, to the bookshelf!

Yo Gabba Gabba!!

If you have toddlers at home you know the show Yo Gabba Gabba! My kids love it and our friend Scarlett who is about to turn two loves them. These fun Gabba cookies are for her party!

Round Gabbas!

Square Gabbas!

All wrapped up!

Hungry little Caterpillar

When my son was "Marvelous Me" at his preschool I came in to teach a lesson.  We read The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle, made a caterpillar craft and then they feasted on these fun butterfly and apple with a caterpillar cookies!

See the little caterpillar on there - I love that!

One of my favorite quotes, "Just when the caterpillar thought the world was over, it became a beautiful butterfly."
