Back to Baking with Engagement Celebrations!

After taking a hiatus from baking, I've been back in the kitchen to make some special cookies for my family members.  In the last six months, two of my cousins have gotten engaged and both weddings are planned for the fall of 2017.

To help them celebrate, I made these engagement ring cookies, with the wedding date in the middle, and then hearts with the initials of the happy couples!

I made the hearts in to wedding gowns and tuxedos! They are customized to fit the couple. Congratulations on your special day!

The Snow is Still on the Ground but Wedding Season is coming up!

After this crazy winter, it's hard to picture spring but there are many Brides getting ready to celebrate their big days! That means bridal showers are happening right now!

I made these simple but sweet wedding dress and heart cookies for a Bride- to - Be!

45 Years of Love!

I have been married for just about seven years and at times it feels like those years have gone by so quickly.

I made these fun cookies to help a couple celebrate their 45th wedding anniversary! 45 years - that is pretty cool!

Lace print cookies add some elegance to this platter!
This is my first time making lace cookies and I was really excited about it!

A Boot Scootin Country Wedding!

I love when someone requests a cookie that is different and interesting and these cookies are just that!

Stephanie is having a fun country wedding and to celebrate her shower I made some great cowgirl boots and hearts with a wild and beautiful sunflower in it!  These are perfect for her country theme!

Cowgirl Boots accented with the wedding colors!

Hearts with a wild country sunflower blooming!

Wrapped with a blue raffia ribbon to add to the rustic country theme!

He Stole Her Heart...So She's Taking His Name!

It's been 8 years since I got engaged, but I still remember the excitement of that night and then the fun of planning a wedding.  Engagement parties are also part of the wedding preparations!

I created some sparkly and fun cookies to help a couple celebrate their engagement!

A heart with the couple's name on it!

A sparkly diamond engagement ring with the couple's wedding date on it!

I had a few extra cookies so I made these cute cookies for the Bride and Groom To Be!

Here they are wrapped, sealed, and ready to celebrate!

Congratulations Matt and Lauren!

Music to Your Taste Buds!

I recently posted about some FUN and FUNKY cupcake cookies that I made for Noelani's 13th Birthday. (See that post HERE!)

Well, Noelani loves music and I wanted to make her a special surprise for her birthday party so I made this fun platter of music notes, hearts, and a purple "N" with zebra print!

I'm going to wrap these up so she can enjoy them with her friends or bring them home to celebrate with her family!
